Return and refund policies

Return

Please be informed that all returns must be in like-new condition, with all protective plastics intact and with all original packaging materials included. We check every watch that is sent back to us and cannot accept returns of watches with signs of wear or marks on the case, crystal, and/or strap.

Refund

The returned watch will be subject to inspection before a refund can be issued. We reserve the right to reject the refund request in case the watch does not meet the condition above.

Shipping cost incurred will not be eligible for refund in any case.
